IMPORTANT NOTE:  Due to damage done at the end of last year’s show to some priceless garden pots and a bench. we are not allowed to drive ANY VEHICLES  across the lawn 0r on the gravel around the show area to set up or take down tailgate tents. We have rented two golf carts that may be borrowed to help people to move items to their prospective tailgate spot.   See Bob Ferrer at the show ground to borrow the golf carts.

1. Enter & Pay Online:

Our online system makes the process quick and convenient. COMING SOON

2. Renew VFH Club Dues:

While entering, you have the option to conveniently renew your Virginia Foxhound Club dues online. You may also do that by logging in to this site and renewing or adding your hunt club membership.

3. Receive Parking Pass:

Once registered, your Exhibitor Parking Passes will be promptly mailed to the designated contact.

Heading to Bryn Mawr after the Virginia Hound Show?

Bryn Mawr is opening kennels from Tuesday May 26 to Sunday May 31. For your convenience they have made kennels available early if you are traveling from the Virginia Hound Show. There are plenty of fun things to do if you wish to keep hounds at Bryn Mawr and travel to Devon or the multitude of other things to do in the area.
